HN3078 is a new soap based collector for deinking from Zhejiang Huanuo Chemical Co., Ltd.. It is designed to be used at approximately 15~30% lower dosage rates than conventional soaps. Optimum dosages should be established by pulping mill trials.

Using
使用：
HN3078 is an excellent collector chemical for flotation deinking and can be added to the pulper, at the flotation cell stage or as a split addition at both points. Additions immediately prior to flotation cells must be in the form of a liquid HN3078 deinking soap solution.
HN3078脫墨皂是一種很優(yōu)秀的浮選脫墨捕集劑，可以添加在碎紙機(jī)里、浮選槽系統(tǒng)或分別在以上兩個(gè)位置上，直接加在浮選槽系統(tǒng)之前必須將HN3078脫墨皂溶解成為液體后再加入。
The recommended conditions for optimum performance of HN3078 are:
Addition rate 0.10~0.38% of the weight of dry fibre
Lower doses may be used depending on overall process configuration and performance targets.
